TOUCHSTONE HOMES' ISSUES CALL TO ACTION WITH $25,000 IN FREE OPTIONS ON FINAL FOUR INVENTORTRY HOMES IN CHESTERFIELD RIDGE

The final curtain is about to fall on one of the area's most sought after addresses. Touchstone Homes has only a few new home opportunities remaining in Chesterfield Ridge, the luxury enclave of just 40 attached single family homes, located off of Clarkson Road, just south of Baxter. The scrupulously planned European style community, where attention to detail has translated into stunning success, has redefined elegant living by raising the bar on quality amenities, construction value and location.
Now, the promise of $25,000 in free options on the final four inventory homes is causing serious home shoppers to mobilize.
"After visiting, homebuyers realize that Chesterfield Ridge is a limited commodity," commented community sales manager Cheryl Flaherty. Three to be built homes and one inventory already underway, plus the eventual sale of the neighborhood's dramatic display, the Cortland, will complete Chesterfield Ridge.
To highlight the inventory homes, Touchstone has chosen to include the most asked for amenities free. This Spring Special, available only for a limited time, includes granite kitchen counter tops with under mount sink, a coffered ceiling in the master bedroom, a tray ceiling in the dining room, gas logs for the living room fireplace, beautiful ceramic flooring in the laundry room and all of the home's baths, a pedestal sink in the powder room, adult height vanities in other baths throughout the home, and an additional $2,500 to be applied to the lighting allowance. This handsome package, valued at $15,000 is in addition to another $10,000 close-out incentive that the builder is also offering.
According to Flaherty, homebuyers can apply the generous credit toward their choice of optional feature(s). "This is an especially attractive offer for someone who has been considering one of these luxury residences, especially since they can still make their own color selections, if they act quickly, to personalize their new homes," she added.
Quality construction features and inclusive standard amenities are the discernible difference. Flaherty explained that homes in Chesterfield Ridge are built with the same attention to detail as the homes constructed at the turn of the century - only updated to incorporate today's best practices and techniques. For example, the standard 10' ceilings requires 2 x 6, which paves the way for the architectural "wow" of the standard 8' doors, and provides the added benefit of thicker walls for superior sound conditioning and an improved insulation factor, as well as providing for stylish Old World style deep casement windows. Familiar brand names, including Tyvek house wrap, Andersen wood windows, Silent floor, Kitchen-Aid Architect Series and Kohler, as standard features, also lend credible confidence to these well-built homes. Additionally, Flaherty noted that two original buyers in Phase I of Chesterfield Ridge thought highly enough of their homes to also purchase second homes in Phase II of the community.
Nearing completion is a customized Ellicott inventory home, a ranch plan that incorporates several exciting revisions. Highlights include a study (built in lieu of the second main floor bedroom), and enlarged kitchen and breakfast room, plus a luxurious redesigned bath featuring a corner soaking tub, separate shower water closets plus his and her vanities. A summer move-in is anticipated.
For the final three inventory homes Touchstone has chosen to construct a pair of Albany models and a standard plan Ellicott with a three-car garage. Base priced from the $580's, these will be ready for a fall move-in. The Albany, favored for its practical design, is a ranch design with 2230 square feet. Two main floor bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a spacious centrally located living room, generous kitchen and breakfast room characterize the home. Buyers may opt for the finished lower level package which includes a fireside recreation room and wet bar, third bedroom with walk-in closet and full bath.
Flaherty stated that the beautiful Cortland display home decorated in the style of an English Manor (circa 1910) and replete with an impressive display of woodworking detail will soon be for sale. Interested shoppers may contact her for further information. Noteworthy additions to this outstanding display include the oversized Notre Dame mantel and wood paneled ceiling in the living room, massive fireplace surround with ornate medallions and elaborate mantel in the study (built in lieu of the home's second bedroom), custom wood cabinetry and wood floors - some with inlaid design. The gourmet kitchen includes appliances from the Viking Professional Series, cherry cabinets detailed with maple rope trim, granite counters and a butler's pantry. The Master Suite provides an opulent retreat, with huge walk-in closet and bath appointed with black whirlpool tub flanked by Roman columns, marble floor, separate shower and water closet. Downstairs is a fireside family room with refreshment bar detailed with glass shelving, mirrors, corbels with carved faces, and brass foot rails. A guest bedroom, two full baths and ample unfinished storage complete the lower level.

Situated in the heart of Chesterfield, homeowners are minutes from everything they need and desire. The fact that Chesterfield Ridge also offers residents a more relaxed approach to homeownership, with most exterior chores handled through the neighborhood association, results in extra leisure hours to enjoy the prime address. According to Flaherty, "Homeowners love this lifestyle because it seamlessly blends all of the benefits of homeownership sans the exterior maintenance hassles and gives them more time to do what they want to do."
The location affords almost instant access to I-64/Hwy 40, for direct commutes to virtually any Metro destination and nearby Chesterfield Mall, as well as the other diverse shopping and entertainment choices located throughout the Valley and Olive/Clarkson corridor promise residents a multifaceted experience close to home. Yet interestingly, privacy is another facet at work within this desirable neighborhood. Aside from its close-in location Chesterfield Ridge enjoys an intimate setting. Nestled between a landscaped berm, adjacent to Clarkson, and a live buffer separating the community from Old Clarkson, the quiet enclave of homes is shielded from the world beyond. The single entrance into the cul de sac street community and a peaceful view to a small lake further enhances this feeling of seclusion.
